The Greater Los Angeles region is home to several hundred thousand Asian Indians. Cerritos, Artesia, Whittier, Anaheim, Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley are only some of the areas where Indians have made their homes.
Indians have also built several temples, gurdwaras and churches in the Greater Los Angeles region. The Malibu Temple and the
Vermont Gurdwara are just two of the prominent places of worship for the Indian community.
Although Artesia is the business hub for the Indian community, Indian restaurants and grocery stores can be found throughout the region.
