Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Honourable Mutale Nalumango, and the Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, His Excellency, Mr Abdul’ahat Abdulrixit, jointly laid the foundation stone to mark the beginning of the construction of the Media and Visitors’ Centre at the National Assembly of Zambia, during a colourful Groundbreaking ceremony on 14th April, 2011.
